1. Preparation: Make sure your skin is completely dry before you start scrubbing.
2. Brushing Techniques:
• Feet and Legs: Brush with long, circular motions, starting from your ankles and working towards your heart.
• Arms: Starting from your hands, continue in the same way towards the shoulders.
• Abdomen and Back: Brush gently with circular motions.
• Neck and Chest: Apply lighter pressure to sensitive areas.
3. Pressure Level: If you're just starting out, don't use too much pressure. You can gradually increase the pressure as your skin gets used to it.
4. Duration: Each session should last 5-10 minutes and can be repeated 2-3 times a week.
5. After Brushing:
• Cleanse your skin by taking a warm shower and removing dead skin cells.
• Complete your care by moisturizing your clean skin with Lalive Body Oil.

• If your skin becomes excessively red or irritated, reduce the pressure or stop the treatment.
• Do not brush on areas with open wounds, eczema or sensitive skin problems.
