• Feet and Legs: Starting from your ankles, brush in long, circular motions toward your heart.
• Arms: Brush in the same manner, starting from your hands and working your way down to your shoulders.
• Abdomen and Back: Continue brushing in circular motions.
• Neck and Chest: Apply light pressure to sensitive areas.
3. Edition Level:
• If you are just starting out, do not apply too much pressure. You can increase the pressure as your skin gets used to it.
4. Duration:
• Each session should last 5-10 minutes, you can repeat 2-3 times a week.
5. After Brushing:
• Take a warm shower and moisturize your cleansed skin with Lalive Body Oil.
