Which products are not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

As a precaution, the use of products containing essential oils is not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the first months, and during breastfeeding. If you have any concerns about using these products during these periods, we recommend that you consult your doctor.



Are Lalive products vegan?

The vast majority of our products are vegan.
Our formulations do not contain ingredients of animal origin.

Our only non-vegan product is Lalive.

Do your products have registration with the Ministry of Health?

Yes. All of our products are registered with the Turkish Ministry of Health's Product Tracking System (ÜTS).
Our products are registered. You can check our products in the "Cosmetic Product Listing" section of the ÜTS system using the barcode number on the packaging.

Are your packaging materials environmentally friendly?

At Lalive, we prefer recycled, recyclable, and environmentally friendly packaging. Beyond our product packaging, all materials used in our shipping and operational processes are made from recyclable paper.

Which ingredients are you omitting from your formulations?

All Lalive products are formulated with a simple and conscious approach to ingredients that respect nature and skin. In line with this approach, our formulas do not include any ingredients that are commonly debated in skincare and that do not align with our natural skincare philosophy.

Lalive products do not contain parabens, silicones and their derivatives, ethyl alcohol, aluminum chlorohydrate, synthetic dyes, SLS, SLES and sulfate derivatives, petroleum-derived polymers, or chemical UV filters.

Every ingredient used in our formulations is selected with a needs-based, transparent, and conscious approach. At Lalive, our aim is to support skincare rituals with natural, simple ingredients that cleanse the skin of unnecessary burdens.

Order & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is received by the system, it will be handed over to the shipping company within approximately 1 business day. You will receive a notification message from the shipping company when it has been handed over.

How can I track my order?

Orders placed through our online channels will be delivered within a maximum of 1 hour.
It will be reflected in our system and you will be sent an email notification.

What is the order delivery time?

Delivery within Istanbul takes approximately 3 business days, and outside Istanbul takes approximately 5 business days.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

• The product must be shipped in its original packaging and with all accessories, if any.

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for opened or used personal care products.

How does the return process work?
