Delivery Information
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping company. We collaborate with Aras Kargo, Scotty, and KolayGelsin to ensure fast and secure delivery of your products.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can easily track your order status using this number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date by meeting the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, if any.
• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for personal care products if the package has been opened or the product has been used.
