Delivery Information

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping company. We work with Aras Cargo, Scotty, and KolayGelsin to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your products.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can easily track the status of your order using this number.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return your purchased products within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
• The product must be sent with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.
• Returns of personal care products are not accepted for products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
