1. Preparation:
Make sure your skin is completely dry before you start scrubbing.

2. Brushing Techniques:
• Feet and Legs: Brush with long, circular motions, starting from the ankles and working towards the heart.
• Arms: Apply in the same way, starting from the wrists and moving towards the elbows and shoulders.
• Abdomen and Back: Gently brush with clockwise circular motions on the abdomen and upwards on the back.
• Neck and Chest: Apply lighter pressure to sensitive areas.

3. Pressure Level:
If you're using it for the first time, don't apply too much pressure. You can gradually increase the pressure as your skin gets used to it.

4. Duration:
Each application should last between 3–7 minutes and can be repeated 2–4 times per week.

5. After Brushing:
• Clean your skin by taking a warm shower.
• Complete your care by applying Lalive Body Oil to your clean skin.

Important Notes:
• If excessive redness or irritation occurs, reduce pressure or discontinue application.
• Do not use on open wounds, eczema or sensitive skin problems.
• Clean the brush regularly and store it in a dry place.
• Drinking plenty of water after brushing contributes to the body's natural cleansing and regeneration process.
