Delivery Information

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping company. We work with Aras Cargo, Scotty and KolayGelsin to ensure your products arrive safely and quickly.

When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can easily track the status of your order with this number.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery by providing the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
• The product must be sent with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.
• Returns are not accepted for personal care products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
